食材:奶油奶酪120g、低筋麵粉200g、黃油60g、細砂糖50g、牛奶60g、泡打粉4g、蛋黃液適量~奶油奶酪和黃油室溫軟化後,攪打至順滑~低筋麵粉、細砂糖、泡打粉混合過篩加入奶酪中,用手搓,混合均勻成小粒~分多次加入牛奶,倒牛奶的同時用手揉搓成麵團。
